For children already enrolled but falling behind because no one at home can help with homework, or school was interrupted by moving.
Parent counselling
When parents depend on a child's help or income, school can feel like a risk. RHSS speaks with families patiently, explains the long-term value of education, and keeps working until the child has support at home too.
What a day looks like
Small groups. Real questions. A meal.
Mornings and afternoons split between reading and writing groups, math practice, and time for children to ask the questions they were too embarrassed to ask in a crowded classroom.
A meal is part of every session, because a hungry child does not learn much.
